CNC Machinist – Pomona, CA
Pay: $22–$28/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Join our manufacturing team as a CNC Machinist You'll work under experienced leaders to set up and operate machine tools, producing and repairing precision metal components while developing your skills on CNC lathes and mills.

What You'll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, charts, and specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain machine tools, including CNC lathes (mills a plus).
• Monitor machine speeds, feeds, and performance during operations.
• Fit and assemble machined parts using hand and power tools.
• Verify accuracy with precision measuring tools.
• Edit and write short CNC programs as needed.
• Track jobs through the Made2Manage (M2M) system.
• Maintain inspection records and report deviations to supervision.
• Separate scrap for reuse or recycling.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical trade school or certification preferred.
• 1+ year machine shop experience; lathes required, mills a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring devices.
• Familiarity with FANUC and HAAS CNC controls preferred.
• Strong shop math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management.
