Commerce Operations Specialist

Shift: 1st M-F 7AM-3:30PM Onsite
Pay rate: $20.00/HR.
Location: Modesto, CA
Contract: Temporary

Summary: Manage the accurate and timely implementation of Commerce Marketing tactics aligning with annual brand and commerce marketing plans. Collaborate with various departments and vendors to develop, deploy, and communicate commerce initiatives. Responsible for procurement, deployment, and cost management.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee production and deployment of POS elements, digital assets, and collateral.
• Coordinate annual national planning and execution for all brands.
• Provide expertise to meet brand objectives and cost targets.
• Manage vendor procurement and deployment.
• Ensure compliance, maintain databases, and update reports.
• Coordinate marketing materials and timelines with creative services.
• Support coupon/promotion distribution in collaboration with sales teams.
• Assist in marketing analyses and process improvements.
• Solve issues and adhere to project management practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Strong project management, organizational, and customer-oriented skills.
• Experience in end consumer and retail shopper product marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration + 5 years experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex situations.
• Skilled in data analysis, financial reports, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and various databases.
