The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for visitors at the company's Resource Center retail locations. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing incoming calls, and ensuring that all visitors and callers are directed to the appropriate representatives in a courteous and professional manner. Fully onsite role starting at $12.60 per hour.
Essential Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
  • Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate company representative.
  • Administer the intake sign-in log and exit satisfaction survey for visitors.
  • Schedule 1:1 consultation appointments as needed for licensed and certified company representatives.
  • Answer all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, accurately transferring calls to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties, including light filing and data entry, as requested.
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date corporate information and telephone listings.
  • Maintain reception area materials (e.g., product brochures, newsletters, event calendars) to provide resource information to visitors.
  • Receive a variety of items (e.g., mail, special deliveries, packages, supplies) and distribute materials to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform additional job duties as assigned by the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Receptionist or customer service experience in an employment setting with 50+ employees is required.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
