What's a typical day as a Contact Center Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
• Serving as the first point of contact for customers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints via phone, email, or live chat
• Finding solutions to customer issues while providing technical or product support
• Processing orders, payments, and managing returns with accuracy
• Educating customers about products and services to ensure satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and account information
• Gathering feedback from customers to help improve services
