Job Summary:

ZOLL Global Sales Contract adminisstrator (GSCM) strives to help grow the business by providing exceptional customer service through positive, productive customer engagement. This role is designed to support ZOLL's business by interacting with the Sales team through Salesforce and other methods to facilitate product purchases by our customers through contractual documents. The person in this role will work closely with their team manager to provide support within the scope of the assigned work or projects.

Essential Functions:
  • Work the Salesforce queue assigned from start to finish, partnering with internal approvers as necessary.
  • Field inquiries, calls, and emails from Sales and Customer Service regarding contractual questions and administer the resulting Salesforce case to closure.
  • Respond to miscellaneous data/report requests.
  • Report on various tasks within GSCM, including end-of-life contracts and renewals.
  • Respond to documentation requests from cross-functional internal personnel.
  • Correspond with external and internal customers and follow up as needed.
  • Administer documentation requests for review by management from initiation to execution and coordinate timely completion.
  • Download informational requests from portals and determine appropriate actions.
  • Communicate with internal cross-functional subject matter experts on action items received from Salesforce and portals.
  • Work on membership and price activations as tasked.
  • Provide supporting documentation for tasked action items.
  • Coordinate with functional leaders to ensure all processes are documented.
  • Download and report on membership on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Maintain records in Contract Safe by uploading executed contracts and agreements and working closely with all GSCM members to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the GSCM Department, International Sales, and Management as needed.
  • Complete other department projects as assigned by Management.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2-4+ years of contracts experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Independent problem-solving skills.
  • Innate curiosity for business process improvement.
  • Willingness to take ownership of processes and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong overall computer skills; high proficiency with Excel, Word, databases, and the internet are essential.
  • Experience working with Oracle is a plus.
  • Ability to retain and recall previously introduced processes.
