Description

Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker for one of our premier employers. This is a contract position lasting 3-4 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and perform essential repair tasks. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and pay rate is based on experience. Please call/text Tim Jolly at (806)749-7100 for more details. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform basic repairs on plumbing, doors, and painting.
• Handle carpentry, painting, and general building upkeep tasks.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling workspaces, furniture, and equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with external contractors and service providers when necessary.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
