Job Title: Contract Recruiter (6-Month Project)
Location: St. Joseph, MO
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our manufacturing facility in St. Joseph, MO, on a 6-month contract basis. This is a great opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a direct impact by finding and hiring top talent.   • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and expectations.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networks to identify qualified talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and facilitate the offer process.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidate interactions.
Requirements
  • Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience (manufacturing industry a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
