Contract Review Specialist (Remote)

Pay: $39.07 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 3–6 Month Project

Kelly is partnering with a client who recently acquired a new company and is seeking a Contract Review Specialist to support a critical integration project. This is a fully remote opportunity focused on reviewing and coordinating vendor contract documentation during a transition period.

Position Overview

In this role, you will review legal contract documents and collaborate cross-functionally to support vendor alignment and integration efforts. This position requires strong attention to detail, contract comprehension skills, and the ability to work with legal and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and provide constructive input on legal contract documents, including purchasing terms, conditions, indemnification clauses, and intellectual property ownership
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage contract-related tasks
• Confirm required activities for assigned vendors transitioning to Accendra
• Initiate vendor discussions regarding new contract requirements
• Coordinate with Legal to obtain review and approval of vendor requests
• Review redlined contract revisions with business stakeholders
• Facilitate contract assignments and/or signature execution

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing legal contracts, vendor agreements, or purchasing terms
• Strong understanding of contract language and risk considerations
• Ability to collaborate with legal and business teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple contract workflows simultaneously
