Contract Review Specialist (Remote)
Pay: $39.07 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 3–6 Month Project
Kelly is partnering with a client who recently acquired a new company and is seeking a Contract Review Specialist to support a critical integration project. This is a fully remote opportunity focused on reviewing and coordinating vendor contract documentation during a transition period.
Position OverviewIn this role, you will review legal contract documents and collaborate cross-functionally to support vendor alignment and integration efforts. This position requires strong attention to detail, contract comprehension skills, and the ability to work with legal and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities• Review and provide constructive input on legal contract documents, including purchasing terms, conditions, indemnification clauses, and intellectual property ownership
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage contract-related tasks
• Confirm required activities for assigned vendors transitioning to Accendra
• Initiate vendor discussions regarding new contract requirements
• Coordinate with Legal to obtain review and approval of vendor requests
• Review redlined contract revisions with business stakeholders
• Facilitate contract assignments and/or signature execution
• Experience reviewing legal contracts, vendor agreements, or purchasing terms
• Strong understanding of contract language and risk considerations
• Ability to collaborate with legal and business teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple contract workflows simultaneously
