Job Title: Coupa Implementation Advisor – Contract (Chicago, IL)
Location: Chicago, IL | Flexible Hybrid (onsite at Monroe or Schaumburg offices as needed)
Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential Temp-to-Hire)
Work Schedule: Full-time | Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Coupa professional to provide advisory, oversight, and subject matter expertise in support of a Coupa implementation. The contractor will serve as a trusted advisor to the internal project team and implementation partner, ensuring the solution aligns with business objectives, governance standards, and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide project oversight and strategic guidance for Coupa implementation.

Support change management and adoption efforts across the organization.

Drive supplier enablement and communication, ensuring suppliers are informed and engaged.

Oversee quality assurance and go-live readiness to ensure successful deployment.

Offer best-practice guidance and review key decisions for alignment with operational and governance standards.
Qualifications:
-
7+ years of experience with Coupa implementations (Procure-to-Pay & SIM/CRA).

Expertise in procurement transformation and supplier enablement.

Prior experience advising large, complex organizations during Coupa deployments.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Familiarity with best practices in supplier enablement, catalog management, and spend governance.

Reports to: Procurement Enablement Leader

Collaborates with: Internal business process owners, functional leads, external Coupa implementation partner, IT integration and data teams
