Custodian – 2nd Shift (Full-Time)
Locations: North Attleboro, MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Compensation: $18–$20/hour (Direct Hire)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to support daily cleaning and maintenance across three company buildings (Plainville location expected to open soon). This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable work environment across all office, restroom, kitchen, and production areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning of floors: vacuum, sweep, and mop

  • Sanitize all restrooms daily and restock supplies as needed

  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors across all sites

  • Maintain cleanliness in conference rooms: tables, floors, and trash bins

  • Clean and restock kitchen areas (countertops, tables, supplies)

  • Clean microwaves and refrigerators as needed

  • Collect and dispose of trash from offices, kitchens, and production areas daily

  • Monitor and order cleaning and kitchen supplies as needed

  • Assist with deep cleaning of departments and cleanroom areas when required

  • Notify supervisors of any maintenance or repair needs

  • Follow a daily cleaning schedule with minimal supervision

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to travel between buildings as needed

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more

  • Comfortable working safely with cleaning supplies and equipment

  • Basic computer skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and follow a set cleaning schedule

Preferred:

  • 2 to 5 years of janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing setting

Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Work performed primarily in a manufacturing and office environment

  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting

  • Must be physically capable of moving/lifting items over 50 pounds regularly

Additional Information
  • This is a full-time, second-shift position

  • Travel between sites is expected

  • No supervisory responsibilities
