Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $17.80 per hour

What's a typical day as a Customer Advocate? You'll be:
- Researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner.
- Engaging in provider outreach and making informed decisions to address customer questions effectively.
- Performing data entry and utilizing your typing skills to manage inquiries and maintain records.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
- Possess experience in provider outreach and have strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities, along with data entry experience.

Preferred qualifications include:
- 1 year of customer service experience and 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare providers and knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Referral preference will be given to applicants who can take and meet testing criteria.
