Salary: $22.00 hour
Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM, Onsite
Duration:  6+ months

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
• Taking and processing customer orders via phone, mail, and through sales personnel while reporting to the Regional Manager.
• Executing requests for quotations from customers and prospects, adhering to the Regional Manager's guidelines.
• Handling the expediting of customer and inventory orders to ensure total customer satisfaction.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of front office experience (must-haves).
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams); experience with Zoom is a plus.
• Have familiarity with AS400 program, which is a major plus for this role.
