Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Admin Rep in Chicago, IL 60603.

This is a possible contract to hire opportunity, meaning you could get hired directly after 4-6 months, depending on your performance and attendance.

Pay: $25/hr.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am – 430pm

Job Summary:

• This is the retirement service for our client.
• The retirees are getting a letter in mail that they have a window of time to get things changed in their portals.
• Many retirees are not adept at the on-line account.
• This person needs to be computer savvy but not necessarily needing to know a program.
• The position will be someone fielding calls from Retirees and helping them log on their accounts and help them navigate.
• Will need to be patient as they are working with the retirees
• The main job is taking the calls from retirees and answering questions, and walking them through their on line account.
• 90% on phone
• Patient/ good communication /computer savvy are the keys!
