Kelly Services is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client, located in Windsor, ON, for a temporary-ongoing opportunity. If you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing, arrears, and account management, providing solutions and guidance on payment options and programs.
- Manage account setups, terminations, and updates with accurate data entry and recordkeeping.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for water services and meter-related operations.
- Address and resolve billing errors, analyze accounts, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Reconcile collection accounts, allocate payments, and audit records for accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of call centre or customer service experience (phone-based).
- High school diploma required; criminal background check mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and data entry skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Criminal background check required.
- Able to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (40 hours/week).
