Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative Type: Temp to Hire
Department: Customer Service
Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor
Schedule:

  • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a ½-hour lunch
  • Schedule may vary
Attire: Casual/Business Casual
Parking: Not provided. Public parking available at Blaisdell for $8/day
Salary Range: $20.00/hr
Location: Honolulu (In-person) Typical Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
  • Answering basic to intermediate level calls from customers and agents
  • Processing a high volume of changes within the systems
  • Developing proficiency in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter systems
  • Mastering CS guidelines to know the types of changes that can be processed over the phone, or need to be referred
  • Working in multiple systems throughout the day and following SOPs to process or assign tasks correctly
  • Completing letter templates to print or email to customers or agents
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Experience:
  • 1+ years of general office and/or customer service experience
  • Ability to type 35+ words per minute
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Special Circumstances:
  • Periodic overtime may be required
