Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative Type: Temp to Hire
Department: Customer Service
Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor
Schedule:
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a ½-hour lunch
- Schedule may vary
Parking: Not provided. Public parking available at Blaisdell for $8/day
Salary Range: $20.00/hr
Location: Honolulu (In-person) Typical Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Answering basic to intermediate level calls from customers and agents
- Processing a high volume of changes within the systems
- Developing proficiency in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter systems
- Mastering CS guidelines to know the types of changes that can be processed over the phone, or need to be referred
- Working in multiple systems throughout the day and following SOPs to process or assign tasks correctly
- Completing letter templates to print or email to customers or agents
- Other duties as assigned
- 1+ years of general office and/or customer service experience
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
- Excellent communication skills
- Good critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Periodic overtime may be required
