Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19 - $25 per hour, BOE
Shift available: 1st shift; office hours

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
- Receiving and entering incoming purchase orders in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System while keeping all records updated with current revisions.
- Coordinating shipping dates with customers and addressing any questions they may have regarding their open or shipped purchase orders.
- Preparing and sending reports and documents to customers as requested, while supporting team coverage for absences.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Possess an Associate's Degree and have at least two years of customer service experience; freight experience is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Have strong organizational skills and can manage time effectively to meet established goals and objectives.
