We're seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work with Luxottica, a global leader in eyewear design and manufacturing, known for iconic brands like Ray-Ban and Oakley, at their Grants Pass, OR location.

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Specialist? You'll be:
  • Answering incoming calls and emails, providing outstanding customer service to Luxottica accounts

  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Developing strong knowledge of product portfolio and company procedures

  • Communicating effectively with the Customer Service Supervisor and Manager to ensure expectations are met

  • Documenting customer issues and ensuring timely, satisfactory resolutions

  • Participating in team meetings, training, and development sessions to strengthen your skills

  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM and 10-key by touch

  • Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries courteously

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Employment Type: 3-month contract, possibly temp-to-hire

  • Shift: 6:30 AM–3:30 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time

  • Pay Rate: $16/hr

  • Must be 18+ years old and able to pass standard screenings
