Customer Success Associate

Location: On-Site – Bridge City Office
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Full-Time, 40 hrs/week)
Pay: $15 per hour
Benefits: Available after trial period

The Customer Success Associate will enhance the customer experience by providing inbound support through multiple channels (phone, chat, email, SMS, social media). You'll process orders, answer inquiries, educate customers, and resolve post-sale issues, playing a key role in building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Place and process orders and payments for permits and DTC products
  • Respond to sales and service inquiries; educate and advocate for customers
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and accurately, aiming for first-contact resolution
  • Maintain thorough records in Salesforce and other systems
  • Increase sales via “Save the Sale”, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
  • Meet targets for attendance, productivity, and contact quality
  • Communicate customer feedback and escalate gaps or urgent issues
  • Support company values, mission, and policies through positive interactions
  • Innovate and suggest improvements for customer experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma
  • 6+ months customer service/sales experience (retail or contact center preferred)
  • Entry-level experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • 6+ months working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Some college coursework
  • Experience in software or transportation industries
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
