What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative You will:

• Provide journey-level customer service support to the general public via phone and in person
• Respond to customer inquiries and process service requests accurately and efficiently
• Resolve routine and complex customer service or billing issues using established guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and actions taken
• Process payments, reconcile receipts, and prepare daily deposits as required
• Use discretion when releasing information and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Conduct research and analyze policies to resolve customer concerns effectively
