Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Shift: SECOND SHIFT 3:30pm to midnight (Monday-Friday) may work up to 55 hours per week if needed Why you should apply to be Customer Support Representative:

What's a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You'll be:
  • Creating case files in a proprietary case management system.
  • Reviewing CT Scans for protocol compliance and segmenting using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models.
  • Preparing Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip/Knee Replacement surgeries.
  • Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of plans, including implant sizing and positioning.
  • Uploading completed plans and documenting all procedural activities.
  • Diligently following established work instructions to meet production and quality targets.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Bring at least 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Are highly detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to work independently to meet production goals.
  • Have strong English speaking and reading skills.
  • Are willing and able to work full-time onsite during the second shift, with potential overtime.
