Customer Support Representative
Location: Suwanee, GA
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
Contract Type: Temporary to Hire

Kelly Services is partnering with a premier manufacturing client to recruit a Customer Support Representative. This key role is responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, collecting and analyzing information to enhance client service, and ensuring smooth communication between various internal departments. The representative will coordinate and track requests from initiation through completion, set up new customers and vendors, and meticulously document each step of the process. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, including providing all required documentation in response to customer requests.
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill customer requirements and ensure all requested tasks are completed.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Legal regarding NDAs, supplier agreements, and any documents requiring the company's signature across all divisions.
  • Facilitate the review and execution of legal documents with the Legal department, communicate any discrepancies in agreements to Sales Representatives, and manage the process through to completion and full signature by both parties.
  • Act as a liaison among internal teams—including Customer Support, Sales, QA, Regulatory, Legal, and the CCO—serving as the point of contact for all customer setups on both the customer and company sides.
  • Coordinate internal staff and manage scheduling to meet project deliverables.
  • Oversee and organize multiple projects and services across divisions, which includes managing item setup.
  • Gather and analyze diverse data sets to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Maintain detailed records in a project tracker to support transparency and communication regarding customer projects.
  • Escalate customer complaints to the appropriate departments across all divisions.

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education/experience and training.
  • Basic knowledge of food quality assurance principles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to function and maintain focus in a high demand environment.
  • Apply critical thinking skills (analyze/evaluate/consider solutions/act.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines.
