Their products and services include pumps, treatment systems, dewatering equipment, water meters, and analytical instruments used in industries such as construction, utilities, and manufacturing.

Location: 9625 SW Tualatin Sherwood Road, Tualatin, Oregon 97062

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Employment Type: 5 months, temp-to-hire

Work Setup: Fully onsite (with light local travel ~5%)

Handle inbound customer calls and provide support for product questions.

Support sales representatives with occasional customer visits and fieldwork.

Coordinate technical and service needs with warehouse staff.
-
Manage customer service tasks using Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Participate in sales training and learn key product terminology (e.g., dewatering pumps).

Operate company vehicles (Ford Truck / Ram Truck) for site visits.

Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (safety boots provided as needed).

1+ year of Salesforce experience.

Strong communication and customer service skills (including phone-based work).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A background in trade, construction, or a hands-on technical field.

Willingness to take on a sales-focused role with a hands-on approach.

Comfort working in a warehouse or shop environment.

A valid driver's license with clean MVR and ability to travel locally as needed.

Commitment to safety practices and experience using PPE.
