Position Summary: We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative I to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Medicare patients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and efficiency. If you have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to help others, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to Medicare patients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage multiple tasks, including handling phone and email communications simultaneously.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
- Approach tasks with a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Demonstrate patience and compassion while assisting clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
- 2+ years of call center experience in the healthcare or Medicare industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Health Insurance License is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative and open-minded team player.
