Kelly Services is seeking a Part-time Data Analyst for a 6-month contract position for a food distribution company in Wyoming, MI. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Company: Food Service Distributor
- Location: Greater Grand Rapids, MI
- Pay Rate: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Shift: Sunday – Thursday or Monday – Friday, 4 days in office, 8 hours per day (totaling 32 hours per week)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support two managers with various data analytics tasks.
- Execute, merge, and evaluate reports using Excel and Google Docs.
- Enhance reporting efficiency and deliver actionable insights.
- Handle large datasets, utilizing macros and formulas to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate data from various sources.
- Explore opportunities for data visualization to enhance reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in data processing, report automation, and strategic insight.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with macros, formulas, and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in using Google Docs for reporting purposes.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
