Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$30.00/hr.

What's a typical day as Data Analyst I? You'll be:
• Acting as the administrator for the Cority Database, ensuring accurate data entry and user management.
• Adding approved users to the database.
• Updating TSDF information and transporters, as well as adding and updating disposal sites in Cority.
• Entering hazardous and non-hazardous waste shipment data into the database and printing manifests for shipments.
• Entering return manifest info in the database from TSDF receipts for closeout of shipment.
• Running periodic reports from the database (regulatory and non-regulatory).
• Helping develop and steward appropriate KPIs for the WMO from Cority.
• Interfacing with Iron Mountain for file retention.
• Calculating breakdowns for shared container disposal and 3rd party driver allocations for billing.
• Box reporting to GFL.
• Approving invoices for areas without GEP (Billing) access or approvers writing POs.
• Breaking down GFL driver log sheets by percentage.
• Performing monthly cost reconciliation for POs and Work Orders.
• Requesting POs and Work Orders after budget approvals.
• Maintaining WMO (Waste Management Office) and Vacuum Truck SharePoint sites.
• Managing security approval entries for unbadged drivers entering for box delivery/pick-up.
• Ordering supplies and managing inspection records by scanning and filing.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong skills in Excel and the Microsoft Suite, with a focus on data entry and administrative functions.
• Possess experience in reconciliation of shipment statements and are a strong team player.
• Preferably have familiarity with Cority, SAP, and waste management practices.
