Join our client's dynamic team as a Dealer Support Coordinator, where you'll be instrumental in supporting our client on the automotive industry.
Location: Mississauga
Schedule: Hybrid. Working from the office Monday to Wednesday, and working from home the rest of the week. 8:30am-5:00pm.
Position Functions
- Customer Support (40%): Provide comprehensive support for Nissan and Infiniti extended services. Resolve inquiries on claims, policies, billing, payments, and incentive programs via email, DRS, and other written communications.
- Expertise and Policy Management (30%): Serve as the go-to expert on NCESI product policies and procedures. Manage exception requests, transfers, cancellations, and contract suspensions.
- Sales and Claims Guidance (10%): Analyze performance reports and advise dealers and field staff on sales and claims strategies for upcoming cycles.
- Financial and Administrative Support (10%): Assist in preparing monthly reports, processing vendor invoice payments, reconciling dealer billings, and issuing refund cheques under NCESI Controller guidance.
- Project Management (10%): Engage in tasks and special projects as assigned by the NCESI Team Leader or Operations Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma with preferred post-secondary education. Accounting or Automotive Marketing experience is beneficial.
- Industry Experience: Minimum two years of experience in automotive dealership roles, with knowledge in administrative, sales, service, warranty, or equivalent areas.
- Technical Skills: Solid comprehension of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
- Interpersonal Skills: Showcase excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and guide dealers and field staff. Employ diplomacy, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
