New Direct Hire Opportunity in Jacksonville  Join a construction supply team as a dedicated and reliable NON-CDL Delivery Driver! You will play a crucial role in loading, unloading, and transporting a variety of deliveries throughout the day while focusing on efficiency and hard work. Utilize a variety of vehicles, including box trucks, flatbeds, large pickup trucks, and operate forklifts as needed.
Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-time/ Direct Hire 
• Pay Rate: $18 - $21 per hour (based on experience and performance)
• Shift: Early morning start (5:30 AM or 7:00 AM)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct multiple delivery runs throughout the day, usually completing by 5:00 PM.
• Load and unload deliveries efficiently, ensuring timely transportation of goods.
• Operate box trucks, flatbeds, and F 250/350 trucks as well as forklifts.
• Maintain a high level of productivity, avoiding unnecessary idling and socializing during work hours.
• Handle and transport materials with care, following safety and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
• Experience driving/Delivery
• Forklift operating experience is required
• Exceptional work ethic with the ability to start early shifts and work efficiently.
• Physical capability to load and unload various materials, including pipes and other large objects
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
