What You'll Be Doing
As part of the Dayforce Marketing team, you'll help execute strategic and tactical marketing plans that align with our global objectives. You'll work closely with campaign managers, sales teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure marketing programs are well-executed, measured, and continuously improved for maximum impact.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting Demand Center Leaders with campaign planning and execution
- Creating and managing campaign assets and internal campaign resource centers
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align campaign efforts with sales objectives
- Monitoring campaign metrics and adjusting tactics to optimize performance and lead generation
- Researching and evaluating new marketing opportunities such as events, sponsorships, and emerging technologies
- Reporting on campaign results and contributing to program optimizations
- Assisting with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by senior marketing leadership
Who We're Looking For
You're a motivated, data-driven marketer with a passion for demand generation and campaign execution. You bring a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, thrive in a matrixed environment, and are always looking for ways to improve performance. Whether you're launching campaigns, analyzing results, or brainstorming the next big idea—you're ready to dive in and make an impact.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing (field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation preferred)
- Experience using marketing automation platforms like Marketo
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide strategy
- Clear and compelling communication skills (written, verbal, and visual)
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and in collaborative teams
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Deep understanding of customer and prospect audiences across different levels (company, team, individual)
- Knowledge of marketing principles and modern demand generation strategies
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft messaging that challenges and inspires prospects
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment
