Company Background:

With over 50 years of combined experience in the electrical field, we specialize in Power Distribution and Motor Control. Our "customer-first" approach has positioned us as a key vendor for numerous distributors, while our versatility has allowed expansion across various divisions and markets nationally.

We partner with dozens of manufacturers in the industrial market, stocking a variety of components and assemblies in-house, which eliminates long lead times and allows for same-day shipments in many cases. Our product knowledge, fast response times, and competitive pricing win orders, while our integrity and commitment to excellence forge valuable relationships.

Our Mission:

Utilizing extensive experience, we focus on delivering safety, efficiency, and adaptability in MCC solutions to support the operational needs of diverse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing strategic direction and hands-on support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to align engineering solutions with sales strategies.
  • Spearhead the development of new production and office spaces in the upcoming facility, integrating innovative MCC solutions.
  • Engage with the leadership team to support rapid company growth.
  • Work closely with recruiting agencies to identify and vet potential engineering candidates.
  • Facilitate the final interview process alongside company leadership to ensure the right fit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong experience in low and medium voltage systems, particularly in MCC design and application.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work hands-on.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling engineering teams and facilities.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $185,000 to $250,000
  • 30-40% annual performance-based bonus
  • Comprehensive relocation package available for ideal candidates

Application Process:

Interested candidates are encouraged to apply. The next steps involve a thorough vetting process, followed by a final interview with the leadership team to ensure the right fit within the growing organization.

Join us as we continue to lead and expand in delivering industry-leading Motor Control Center solutions. Be part of a team dedicated to technological excellence and strategic growth.
