- Direct hire, permanent position
- Salary: $125,000-$140,000 + bonus potential
- Onsite role, eligible to work 1 day/week from home

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the domestic finance and accounting team including the control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures
- Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives
- Manage budget process and monitor budget progress
- Manage sales pricing in financial systems
- Lead the preparation of the annual report & Corporate tax declaration
- Coordination and oversight of internal and external audits
- Manage corporate credit card program
- Review and approve all manual journal entries
- Review and approve vendor payments
- Manage related party credit facility
- Assist with special projects and proforma analysis
- Support interdepartmental projects and strategic initiatives
- Further develop the current controlling concepts, improve processes for planning and reporting
- Coordinate with all relevant parties and counterparts in the organization both domestically and internationally
- Ability to deal with complexity, analyzing information, and implementing company vision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other business-related field
- Minimum 7+ years relevant professional experience
- Previous experience working with and preparing financial reporting data to an international parent company preferred
- Proficient in SAP
- Must have manufacturing experience
