What's a typical day as District Technical Service Manager? You'll be:
• Conducting routine dealership visits to assess service operations and meet with service staff, management, and Dealer Principals.
• Collaborating with Field Operations Managers (FOM) and other District Technical Service Managers (DTSM) to evaluate customer service quality and practices in service operations.
• Investigating incidents by examining vehicles, reviewing documentation, and preparing detailed reports to resolve complex technical issues.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have four or more years of professional technical experience in the automotive industry, along with two or more years of DTS/TECH LINE experience.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, work experience, and training; Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Status is preferred.
• Possess thorough knowledge of automobile mechanical and electronic functions, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
