What's a typical day as a Document Control Specialist? You'll be:
- Providing clerical and administrative support for Quality Assurance documentation systems.
- Archiving Manufacturing Device History Records (DHRs) through scanning, verification, and transfer according to established procedures.
- Operating desktop computers using word processing software and document scanning equipment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bring a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of office experience (preferred).
- Possess basic computer and word-processing skills, with familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have the ability to pay attention to detail, prioritize workflow, and multitask efficiently with little or no supervision.
