Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Donor Coordinator for a full-time, 9-month contract assignment with a client in Roseville, Minnesota.

Position Overview:
The Donor Coordinator will play a key role in supporting donor program operations, including donor communication, station oversight, scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) with both weekday and weekend hours.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, following procedures and reporting infractions.
- Oversee Donor Station activities including ID checks, donation collection, cleaning, and donor flow.
- Communicate donor appointments for screenings, orientations, and blood draws.
- Provide front desk reception: greet donors/visitors, notify staff, and direct deliveries.
- Support station opening/closing as scheduled.
- Order and review test results with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate across Manufacturing Operations, Quality, and Marketing teams.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly reports, forms, and metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a STEM or healthcare-related field of study.
- Experience in a regulated, controlled work environment (cGMP experience a plus).
- Experience in a laboratory setting.
Required Qualifications/Education/Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to read, follow, and comply with SOPs and technical documents.
- Strong communication skills and professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Attention to detail with ability to manage reports and controlled documents.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Full-time, 9-month contract assignment (37.5 hours/week).
- $25/hour.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can start ASAP.
