Are you passionate about making a difference in students' lives? Join us as a temporary Dual Enrollment Success Coach and empower high school students to achieve their college dreams!

Location Auburn Hills, MI
Pay rate: $42.00/hour
Length: December 2025 good possibility for the contract to be extended.

  • Provide personalized guidance and academic support to dual enrollment students.
  • Mentor and advocate for students, helping them set and achieve academic and career goals.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and connect students with vital resources, including college counseling and Accessibility services.
  • Collaborate closely with high school counselors, college faculty, and internal partners to ensure holistic student support.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and events focused on college readiness, study skills, and academic success.
  • Monitor academic performance and implement interventions for student success.
  • Maintain records and prepare program outcomes for grant requirements.
  • Stay current on best practices in dual enrollment and student success strategies.
  • Be a key collaborator across the college, contributing to committees and partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience in a K-12 setting and/or working with K-12 students.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with dual and concurrent enrollment.
  • One year of education or academic support experience.
  • Two or more years of experience creating and facilitating presentations; adept at data tracking and analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficient with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
