eClinical Project Manager

Hybrid - Jacksonville, FL

Summary:

  • Defines project scope, objectives, timelines, and project plans
  • Provides clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, provides updates, and manages expectations
  • Contributes to the creation and coordinates the execution of functional user test plans and review results for acceptability
  • Coordinates activities and resources for all Clinical system implementation and testing
  • Leads business requirement and process improvement sessions to help translate into required documentation
  • Provides administration and support for hosted and non-hosted Business Applications
  • Act as a liaison between company and software vendor to communicate all technical issues
  • Keep abreast of new technology developments and make recommendations regarding changes to current standards as appropriate
  • Develop the training strategy and ensure execution for all end-users
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships
  • Builds and maintains industry knowledge

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, business-related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of technical experience required
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Prior SharePoint Administration experience
  • Project Management experience required
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of data collection and reporting practices
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Demonstrated technical proficiencies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
