Qualifications:
Experience & Knowledge:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) roles.

Proven expertise in conducting detailed risk assessments.

Comprehensive knowledge of current safety standards and regulations related to risk management.

Technical & Physical Requirements:

Proficient in using computers and tablets for documentation and reporting.

Physically capable of:

Navigating uneven terrain safely.

Climbing stairs and ladders.

Performing extensive walking or standing.

Working in environments that may be hot, cold, or dusty.

Sitting for extended periods when necessary.

PPE & Safety Protocols:

Must be able to wear and work in required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including:

N95 respirators, PAPRs, safety shoes, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves, bump caps or hard hats.

Willing to:

Remove all jewelry (including wedding bands and religious items) while on the production floor.

Secure long hair and beards according to safety protocols.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with management and production teams.

Responsibilities:
Transfer existing risk assessments into the internal 4orms platform.

Review all data to ensure assessments are up to date (within 3 years).

Identify outdated or inaccurate assessments and update them accordingly.

Collaborate with the site EHS Leader to develop any missing risk assessments.

Maintain accuracy and completeness throughout the assessment transfer and creation process.

MH:
5+ years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) roles with a strong track record of performing detailed risk assessments.

Proficiency in risk assessment software (such as 4orms platform) and strong documentation/reporting skills using computers and tablets.

Physical ability to work in challenging environments, including uneven terrain, hot/cold conditions, and extended periods of standing or walking.

Comprehensive knowledge of current safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with management and production teams, ensuring clarity in safety protocols and assessment findings.
