EHS Specialist Opportunity Are you passionate about ensuring a safe and healthy work environment? Join our dynamic team as an EHS Specialist at our Manufacturing facility and play a crucial role in fostering environmental, health, and safety excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Leadership: Champion the development and continuous improvement of EHS programs and systems to support safety excellence.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all policies, procedures, and processes comply with legislation, promote best practices, and align with our global EHS Management Program.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with plant operations, ensuring safe systems of work.
• Emergency Preparedness: Oversee emergency management procedures and conduct training to guarantee effective response capabilities.
• Metrics & Reporting: Set, monitor, and present EHS metrics, and lead investigations into accidents and near-miss incidents, implementing corrective and preventative actions as needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster support for EHS initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Training & Development: Coordinate and deliver EHS training, integrating new hires and collaborating with the EHS team to drive incident prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Audits & Continuous Improvement: Conduct internal EHS audits, track functionality of safety programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to influence and drive team decision-making.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of state and federal regulatory standards, and current safety and loss control practices.
