Job Title: Electrical Quality Control Inspector
Location: East Hartford
Pay Range: $30+/hr
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Direct Hire Considered for the Right Candidate)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Quality Control Inspector to join our quality assurance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in quality control engineering who is looking to contribute to continuous improvement and uphold high standards in product quality. This position offers the potential to transition from a temporary to a permanent role, with direct hire options for exceptional candidates. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Develop, implement, and refine quality control procedures and best practices to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Maintain and organize quality control documentation, including inspection records and compliance reports.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate across departments (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain) to identify and resolve quality-related concerns.
• Train and mentor team members in quality control methods, tools, and standards.
• Stay informed of industry trends and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, AS, regulatory updates). Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, and other relevant quality management systems.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools and methodologies (SPC, control charts, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry-specific compliance standards.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to project and/or customer contract requirements. Additional Details:

• Competitive compensation offered in the $30+/hr range, based on experience and qualifications.
