Electrical Technician

Kelly Services, in partnership, with a growing client, is seeking an Electrical Technician to join their team.The Electrical Technician will be an integral part of the team, primarily focusing on reading prints, wiring control panels, and running conduit for specialized equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with production and engineering teams to ensure that system designs meet specified standards.
- Accurately interpret and understand process flowcharts and engineering blueprints.
- Construct panels and install control wiring for AC (ranging from 24 to 480 volts in both single and three-phase) and DC, including signal loops.
- Conduct soldering, assembly, and wiring harness installation.
- Design, cut, and install conduits and raceways.
- Manage rigid conduits by planning, cutting, threading, and ensuring functional connections.
- Install EMT flexible conduits by laying out, bending, and mounting them to process equipment.
- Affix components and assemble functional systems.
- Test and confirm the electrical operation of assembled machinery.
- Always adhere to safety policies, implementing 5S and Lean methodologies.
- Engage in additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school education or its equivalent.
- Expertise in control wiring and panel construction, adeptness with AC (24-480 volts in single and three-phase) and DC circuits.
- Proficient with electrical meters and troubleshooting techniques.:
- A knack for mechanics and general building skills.
- Knowledgeable about mechanical systems, including design, practical use, repairs, and maintenance.
- Capable of working independently, collaboratively, and following directions.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional growth.
- Experience in wiring pumps, motors, heaters, valves, and various process devices.
