Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Term: Permanent

What's a typical day as an Electronic Customer Care Representative? You'll be:
• Receiving returned products for warranty or non-warranty repair from the mailroom/shipping department and transporting them to the customer service area
• Unpacking incoming warranty and non-warranty repairs
• Logging products into the Epicor system and other tracking sources
• Verifying the problem status of products and delivering them to appropriate technicians for repair
• Filing customer service orders and other department forms
• Handling incoming calls from the loop/switchboard for technicians and transferring them to the appropriate tech for service
• Handling customer service job/order status calls
• Inventorying all service locations
• Transporting repaired products from service to the warehouse for shipment
• Billing warranty and non-warranty repairs when needed
• Replacing accessories if under warranty
• Demonstrating thorough knowledge of final test on all current models
• Handling all customer service calls when the Supervisor is not available
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service phone training etiquette
• Experience: 2 years' experience
• Work typically takes place in a normal office environment requiring sitting, walking, lifting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, and seeing
• Sitting – 8 hours per day
• Talking – communicating with customers, supervisors, technicians
• Vision – ability to focus – vision to 20/20 or correctable to the same
