Role has flexible hybrid and Remote option available.
Shift schedule: Mon to Friday


About the Role

  • Clients Performance Silicones department is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Eloqua Campaign Specialist/Manager to join their EDGE Marketing Communications Operations team.
  • This individual contributor role is essential in executing digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and sales opportunity acceleration across the customer journey.
  • The candidate will work closely with global and regional marketing teams, MarCom, sales, and corporate marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that align with business goals and customer needs.

Job duties and responsibilities:

Lead and Opportunity Management

• Execute lead management strategies in alignment with global marketing objectives and regional plans
• Maintain and optimize lead scoring models to prioritize sales-ready leads
• Monitor the lead funnel from acquisition through conversion and identify areas for improvement
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Eloqua and related tools, helping teams understand capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and apply best practices
• Support integration with tools such as Adobe Workfront and Salesforce
Campaign Execution and Optimization
• Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events, etc.) using Eloqua
• Create and manage campaign IDs and workflows
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities
• Use data and performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with MarCom, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of lead and opportunity management strategies
• Work with internal stakeholders across, DX, IT, and corporate marketing to plan, monitor, and optimize campaigns
• Navigate systems and processes to engage the right stakeholders and drive execution
Analytics and Reporting
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI
• Provide actionable insights to inform future campaign strategies and improvements

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
• Hands-on experience with Eloqua and marketing automation platforms; familiarity with Salesforce and Adobe Workfront is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is highly desirable
