Join the John Deere Team as an Engineering Data Analyst!
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to engineering and product development at a global leader in manufacturing? KellyOCG is hiring an Engineering Data Analyst to support John Deere's dynamic team in Dubuque, IA.
Location: Dubuque, IA
Duration: 24 months
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (no weekends, no overtime)
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and update SAP data for design changes to complex parts and assemblies within major engineering programs.

Create, maintain, and audit Bills of Material, Material Masters, and part attribute data in SAP and PDMLink.

Review and process requests related to product specifications and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Act as a liaison across departments, providing specification feedback and participating in project teams.

Facilitate multi-disciplinary meetings, document outcomes, and align stakeholders on specification decisions.

Monitor engineering changes to support implementation across factory locations.

Basic computer proficiency and comfort with structured data entry.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP and/or PDMLink.

Background in engineering, customer service, or data analytics.

Familiarity with product development or engineering change processes.
