Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:80k yrly
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Remote
Temp-perm after 90 days
What's a typical day as a Project Estimator? You'll be:
• Preparing estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
• Researching prices and obtaining quotes from vendors for required materials and equipment.
• Compiling Materials Take Off, Labor Take Off, and subcontract and vendor scopes of work.
Requirements:
• Have 3+ years of experience as a project estimator (must have)in the construction, industrial, commercial , welding arena.
• Are proficient with MS Office Suite (must have).
• Possess the ability to interpret engineering drawings of multiple disciplines and read customer specifications through blue beam.
• Have a good understanding of industry practices (preferred).
