We are currently seeking a polished and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior executive leadership in a professional, fast-paced onsite environment in Boston.
This role is ideal for someone with prior C-suite support experience who excels at calendar management, travel coordination, executive communications, and collaboration with internal leadership teams. You will work closely with a lead Executive Assistant and contribute to seamless day-to-day operations within the executive office.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $38.33 per hour
Essential Job Functions-
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executive leadership in a fast-paced, confidential environment

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across internal and external stakeholders

Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense documentation

Serve as a professional point of contact, screening calls and handling executive correspondence

Prepare presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft 365 tools

Partner closely with a lead Executive Assistant and broader team to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives

Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership

Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Highly polished, professional presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Experience working onsite in a professional executive office environment
