Description
We are hiring an experienced Structural Mechanic III for a 1st shift opportunity in Tulsa, OK (74117). This role is ideal for candidates with strong aircraft or precision structural assembly experience who are confident reading blueprints, working with rivets and pneumatic tools, and maintaining high-quality standards in a production environment.

Structural Mechanic IIILocation: Tulsa, OK 74117
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $28.75 per hour

Perform advanced structural assembly on aircraft components with minimal supervision.

Assemble, fit, drill, and rivet structural parts to specification using hand, pneumatic, and power tools.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, manuals, and specifications.

Align and assemble parts using jigs, fixtures, clamps, and fasteners.

Perform sheet metal layout, fabrication, installation, and close-tolerance work.

Inspect completed assemblies to ensure defect-free work prior to final inspection.

Document work using production logs and manufacturing systems.

Assist and guide team members as needed while supporting quality and production goals.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, Lean, and 5S standards.

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on structural assembly experience (aircraft or similar precision manufacturing).

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.

Experience using rivet guns, pneumatic drills, countersinks, reamers, rivet shavers, and related tools.

Skilled in close-tolerance work and precision assembly.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and job tracking.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders/stands, and work in confined spaces.

Willingness to work any shift as required.

Experience with Solumina and Smarteam.

Q-Stamp certification.

Experience working with composite materials and resins.
