1st shift
Work hours: M-F 7am-3:30pm
2nd shift
Work hours: M-3pm-1am Tues-Thurs-3:30pm-1am Fri-3:30pm-7:30pm

What's a typical day as a Production Technician I - Lab Tech I Associate Technician? You'll be:
• Operating automated machines in the surfacing process, such as tapers, generators, polishers, laser engravers, and spin coaters
• Conducting cosmetic inspections and loading lenses into a basket for ultra-sonic cleaning
• Operating a sandblasting machine gun to clean the surface of the coating equipment
• Matching lenses with frames to begin the finishing process
• Accurately tinting lenses
• Adhering to work instructions and maintaining equipment calibration and setup
• Proactively identifying quality, process, and workflow problems and communicating them to the supervisor
• Participating in team meetings and offering input on facility issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area and adhering to company policies
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience operating automated machines in a manufacturing or production environment
• Are detail-oriented and have strong attention to quality
• Have the ability to follow work instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Are able to work first shift (Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm)
• Have a positive attitude and treat all associates with respect and dignity
