Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $31.50 per hour plus a $1.25 shift premium.
Shift available: 3rd shift

What's a typical day as a Facilities Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
- Performing routine and property maintenance tasks in areas such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
- Troubleshooting facility-related issues and completing basic mechanical repairs using small tools.
- Coordinating with outside contractors and facility engineering on routine maintenance and special projects.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Technical Diploma or High School Diploma or equivalent, along with 3-5 years of related industrial maintenance experience, or 5+ years of experience with some formal technical education.
- Possess knowledge of machine shop equipment and maintenance tools, with the ability to work under general supervision.
- Are comfortable working at heights and in varying working conditions, including wet, oily, and dirty environments.
