What's a typical day as Facilities Services Assistant? You'll be:
• Performing duties related to reception and switchboard, including call and visitor handling, while reporting to the Facilities Services Specialist.
• Meeting, greeting, and announcing visitors in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
• Assisting with the maintenance of overall cleanliness and organization of the office space.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment providing general office support.
• Possess exceptional customer service skills and strong interpersonal abilities to interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
