Our client is a globally recognized provider of high-quality turnkey aluminum and zinc die casting solutions for the automotive, military, and consumer goods industries.
In partnership, we are seeking a reliable and skilled Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical background, with experience in plumbing and electrical systems.

Full-Time | Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $20-21/hr, 3rd Shift
Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily grounds operations, including snow removal, trash removal, and sweeping shop areas.
- Assist with coolant changes and perform painting tasks as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including water and air systems.
- Handle electrical repairs and maintenance (up to 480V, 3-phase).
- Help production with moving materials.
- Conduct general cleaning duties throughout the facility.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in plumbing and electrical (up to 480V, 3-phase).
- Jitney (forklift/truck) experience a plus.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to assist with varied tasks as needed.
