This document defines the responsibilities and qualifications needed to perform job responsibilities and duties for a KellyOCG BPS Finance Support Specialist.
Responsibilities: Perform daily finance support duties including but not limited to: Entering data into client system, communicating with external and internal customers, communicating with client vendors.
Responsibilities include:
• Request approval and receipts, as required.
• Communicate aging of unresolved items.
• Request copies of invoices, as required.
• Ensure proper and timely processing and payment of accounts payable.
• Resolve vendor issues, as required.
• Maintain a professional image when communicating with internal customers and external suppliers.
• Provide timely assistance to the finance team on accounts payable/finance special projects.
• Coordinate with KOCG Operations Supervisor, Manager or Director, as required.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by KellyOCG management.
- This position has an on-call component which requires being on-call. You will be called 1-2 times a week to complete a task which will take 15-20 minutes. Equipment will be provided to complete the task.
Qualifications:
- Must be highly organized and be able to work independently.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- High school diploma is required.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
